I write this for myself because it helps me clearify and deal with my own feelings, for those who can use it because it gives them another experience base to help themselves, and ultimately for my offspring because I believe understanding your heritage can help you deal with strengths and weaknesses that are passed down from generation to generation in varying degrees.
