In May 2005 I took a poetry workshop, "The Flowering Self," at Ghost Ranch in Abiquiu, NM, led by Joan Logghe. We wrote about a dozen poems a day following the prompting of Joan - and then shared them with each other. The point wasn't to be perfect, but to WRITE, to flow, to get something on the page.
