Letters sent to businesses

I believe that most people desire feedback on how good a job they are doing.

Oftentimes I consider writing to businesses and letting them know how I feel about their services and/or products.

Usually, I forget to actually sit down and write these critiques. I think this is because I have excellent friends and family members who listen to what I have to say. After I’ve ranted or raved vocally, I usually feel rather content.

However, I have finally decided to take myself up on my idea and make the time to write and send some letters out! Because when I feel an extreme emotion pertaining to a particular service or product, I want the people who produce the service or product to know how I feel. I want to make a difference – I want to impact them, just as they’ve impacted me.

Unfortunately, my first two letters were unhappy ones. However, I intend to send out more letters - describing how pleased I was with particular products and services.

I look forward to feedback from my Writing.com readers, as many of you know how to write and review well. Was I too harsh with anyone? Do you agree with my assessment of particular businesses and their products? Do you think I may have had any impact on the people to whom I wrote?

I heartily welcome you to my Rants and Raves.
