I've written since the mid-seventies when I started with poetry. I attended college for the first time when I was 38 and received my Associates Degree in English Lit. I've attended many writing seminars and classes: 1) there are basics you tend to forget, and 2) association with other writers. I' had a one-act produced and numerous poems and short stories published. My first novel, "The Leaf," came out in March, 2010. My second has been accepted and should come out in the next year or two, I'm working on my third, and I have plans for the fourth.
