I am an amateur writer who writes just because I love doing it. It's something I've loved doing since I was a child. I got back into it in the last few years after my grandmother died and we found stacks of my old stories in a drawer in her bedroom. I re-read them and I couldn't help but smile. Since then I've written several manuscripts and rediscovered how much fun it is. For my actual career, I'm an health insurance auditor- which isn't as dull as it sounds. I make sure health insurance companies aren't ripping people off and when I catch them, I turn them in! So I play a very elaborate, professional version of cat and mouse.
