This is the first time I have put my writing out in public. I use poetry as a creative outlet and it has always been personal to me. However, I wanted to learn more and grow so that's why I am putting my work out here. I am in the US Navy as a journalist- sounds glorified trust me. Actually most of the writing I do is very structured and news related so it has hindered my creativity. I am looking forward to getting feedback from my fellow creative artists!
