I find that my best work is from personal experience, but would like to challenge myself by exploring genres, subjects, or styles that are unfamiliar. My attempts at erotica were an example of this, which I think has turned out successfully. Currently I am brainstorming a horror/suspense piece. Lately, I have had little time to act on my inspirations, but hope to get pen to paper again soon, and to expand my port.
