I've used creative writing as an escape from reality for a long time. When my parents were going through a long, strenuous divorce process, I was able to vent my adolescent frustrations through writing. I was just browsing one night and came across this site and I was excited to find a place where I could un-abshadly share my works with people who could graciously give their feedback and I could share with others.
