Like many aspiring writers, I am working on my first novel. I also write poetry but am by no means prolific, finding it difficult to manage work, travel and my sport with the time it takes to produce work I'm happy with. It is my goal to be able to one day focus the bulk of my attention to my writing but for the time being I'm enjoying just "gathering material".
