I wrote my first book, "The Centaur for Women: Memoirs of the Student Founder of The First Women's Studies Program," published in 2008. My feelings and the passion of the social, political, and cultural upheaval of the 1960's are relived in this coming of age story given a five star review by the Midwest Review of Books. Now I have a novel in progress. In it, a young American feminist and art historian takes a job at the Vatican in the 1980's. Free to roam the grounds of the capital of patriarchy, she uncovers mysteries, gets entangled with "a new family," has her morals tested, and ultimately fights for her life.
