I have recently semi-retired and I'm thoroughly enjoying this.I live in Cape Town South Africa which affords me wonderful opportunities for my outdoor activities which include hiking, bird watching, camping with friends. I love reading and writing which in the past was mostly journal-ling and letter writing but I'm now exploring creative writing and some poetry. I have been married to my first love for 42 yrs and have two daughters who enrich my life in so many ways. My other interests include music: mostly classical, jazz, and instrumental. I am a student of life and hopefully I will never grow tired of learning, exploring and growing.
