Yesterday, while rummaging through my pantry for something remotely edible, I inadvertently stumbled upon our gefilte fish collection. Growning each year, it probably has a cumulative existence of over 20 yrs worth of Passovers. Lurking there behind the tomato-paste and creamed corn, coated with dusty spiderwebs, those little grayish gelatanized fish-balls floating in slime could very well become a lucrative side-show.
