I'm a published poet. I have only have one book out.I sometimes think that I write to save my life or atleast not to commit some wrong doings and end up in jail. Writing for me is more than a hobby it's my life. While I'm criticize for my Standard English I write about it and try to make money off of it and the hope that many will connect with what I'm saying, but it's not easy for many to understand if they did not see it from first hand or feel the same way as I do or others do.
