Hi! I spent 31 years in the service of America’s Army. I served as an Executive Director of the Congressional Medal of Honor Society, committed to the protection of the legacy of our military heroes. I formed Adrian Consulting; “Consultant to today’s leaders, providing leadership training to improve business operations and performance management practices during periods of change.” With a Doctorate, I teach MBA courses for the University of Phoenix (West Florida Campus).
