I was born in a remote Air Force dispensary in Turkey and brought along a surprise twin brother. We weren't supposed to make it and given emergency baptisms before taking our first flight to a hospital. (didn't get those cute little pin-on wings from the stewardess either). Continued moving around the world as a "Navy brat" until my father retired in "cow country" in the middle of Wisconsin. Too cold for me. I signed up for 5 years in the Navy, but stayed for 22 because I enjoyed the ride so much. My worldwide adventures and misadventures have been jotted down in personal journals and beg for release.
