I joined to overcome a 3mth block. Xmas break I lost a 2yr novel, it spiraled me into a depression. Not writing has not helped being it is therapy for me as I don't trust shrinks. I'm a survivor a relationship with a drug addict , a single mom, and was unpopular in school. Self expression includes; writing, drawing, dancing, cooking, gardening, and finding spiritual connect through Shamanism. Creativity is part of wholeness, expressing common ground, makes us feel less alone in the world.
