I recently retired, bought a home in a small town in Missouri, have written a book poems (not available for sale through this site), listen to the grass grow and owe my sobriety to God. When I'm not writing, I watch the squirrels fight over the birdseeds I set out for this as the birds look on for permission to peck for their share of the food I provide. I hope you enjoy my poems as much as I liked writing them..
