Sandy Lee lives and works in a remote area of the Canadian Rockies. When not at work, she loves to go hiking in the mountains and kayaking on the streams and lakes.Though her locale is sparsely populated with humans, there is an abundance of flora and fauna – enough to inspire even the most cynical to write poetry or prose.Though summers can be teeming with nature’s beauty, winters can be austere and isolated, which helps to give birth to some of this poet’s wistful imagery.
