J.I. Soucie
I was born in Northern New York and am the youngest of six children. We lived in the country and enjoyed playing sports like basekball, jump rope, catch, kickball, horseback riding and sledding in the winter time. We also would go skating when the creek we lived by, froze over. I loved living in the country. It was slow paced and quiet and allowed my imagination to roam and to grow. In 1999 I really started in writing with poetry and lyrics. I haven't written much of those lately but have been focused more on articles of various interest. However, I do have two non-fiction novels in the works.
