Deciding to become a writer, you would think that writing about myself would come easy, but creating characters and making them come to life seems to come easier to me. :) I am a mum who has dabbled with painting and writing for a number of years with friends, but when i wrote a story with my stepdaughter, my 'short' story took on a life of its own and now is nearly a finished novel. My goal for the moment is to see that finished, know that it is a good book to read and continue with writing from there. Any comments would be appreciated, but please be kind.. I am kind of new to the serious side to writing.
