My name is Lester Solnin and I am 56. I am a retired/disabled accountant. Since my retirement from employment in 1996, I have become a volunteer working for children and currently a mentor/tutor to two tutees at the East Harlem Tutorial Center since 1999. I also help with homework. I wrote a short story titled "Urban Story: The Legend of Cropsy," at Soon.org., in 2002, that is on the web, titled My goal is to become a serious writer.
