I'm 18 years old, and a senior in high school. I plan on majoring in English and Creative Writing next year. I love Kerouac, Hemingway, Steinbeck, Dickinson, e.e.Cummings, Dorothy Parker, Walt Whitman, Bob Dylan, Barbara Kingsglover, and hundreds more. Free form poetry comes easy for me, it is how I make my thoughts make sense. I'm working on a couple short stories right now, but I am inexperienced, and I struggle with progressing the plot. I have a lot of detailed ideas, and I can't wait until I have some instruction so I can learn to communicate them effectively.
