Lobelia is truly blessed

I am a Catholic, eccentric writer-wanna-be Mom of seven kids, ranging in age from 12-26 (plus one son-in-law!). I live in a tiny, rural village in southeast Michigan. I love writing, reading (Tolkien fanatic!), doing artwork, sewing & making music. Our home life is colored by autism spectrum issues in the family; and learning to let go as my kids grow up & out. I ended my 20-year long career of homeschooling last year- I miss it desperately. I mainly write & review poetry because it fits in the little snatches of time I have between the demands of this crazy life of mine. Don't ask about the state of my house!
