Born January 16, 1961 in Philadelphia, PA. Grew up in the Washington DC area and graduated University of Maryland in College Park, MD with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Paid for my college education by working at the Rockville animal shelter as a driver and asst. wildlife director. Played all sports when growing up and excelled in soccer in which I played semi-pro until suffering a serious knee injury. Worked as a defense contractor for 3˝ years before becoming a certified MCPS in Database Administration.
