Hi everyone, I am so happy to have joined this site, after just a week I have received such encouragement and help it is amazing. My name is Freda but I am known to all my friends as Fred, probably from my tomboy days at school, and it has stuck throughout my life although I am now 64 years young. During my lifetime I have always written poems for people's birthdays etc but never had the time to sit down and enjoy writing. Since I retired it is the best thing I have done and I love it, I am hoping to put some of my verses to music although this will be a real challenge. I appreciate all your comments and advice so don't stop. Thanks.
