As the Sun rose over the horizon, church bells all around Valletta, Malta chimed out to proclaim the advent of my birth on the 20th of November 1948 (at 01:10AM no less). Well that is how I wish it could have been. I am sure it was not as stupendous an event. Nonetheless, I am here now and by way of my writing hope to be louder than the eluded to church bells.I aspire to being published. Ideally this will happen before the bells toll to my demise.I would like to publicly thank WC and member Sherri Gibson for recognizing my work as being worthy of sponsorship to the Rising Star 2009-10 writers group.
