I have always wanted to be a writer. I t has been my dream since I was a child. At age 50 I have acheived that goal. Though I am not writing full time (I still have to work for a living) I have several wrting credits to my name. There were times when I didn't think I would ever be able to say that, but it did. I would say to new writers to never bury the dream. It dies When you quit I am a poet and novelist. I may never be the next Louis L'Amour, but I will always have the dream to keep me warm on those dark, stormy nights. I am interested in a variety of subjects. The paranormal fascinates me and ghosts will always show up in my writing.
