Long way to go...short time to get there. Those 80's buffs out there will recognize that from the "Smokey and the Bandit" soundtrack. It also describes my current writing journey. College gave me a fiction writing degree nearly 20 years ago and I've struggled to do anything with it. Now, as my life is seeming to come to an apex (marriage, child on the way), I feel the lure of the muse more than I have in a long time. I look forward to being a part of this community and finding inspiration and worthy advice.
