I am an old guy that loves to write. Educated? There is always room to learn. Personal battles? Alcoholism, drug addiction (clean and straight 20+ years) two strokes, a heart attack. I'm bi-polar and have a weird disease called APLS and of late, a brain tumor causing seizures. And I still have a year and a half to go until I'm 50! But I can guarantee you, I wouldn't have to look too far to find someone who has it worse than I.
