I have been an avid reader for many years, but the proverbial paycheck has kept me from pursuing a writing career. I have now decided to take some time off and write! My ultimate goal: finish a fictional novel (I have two I'm working on), but during my writer's block episodes, I write short stories and poetry (I love the WDC photo prompt contests)and have also entered a short story in the Writer's Digest competition. I welcome all reviews and will gladly reciprocate.
