A native North Carolinian raised in Texas, I recognize differences in culture and lifestyles in America, which is reflected in my writing style. Most of my experience comes from my time as a newspaper reporter in Central Texas, but I also journal personal events, taking pride in capturing the small details and emotions of different individuals.
