My work surrounds 1 thing: weapons. I like to push the limits of how a practical weapon should look and be used. When I write, I always draw out weapons first; that way, I gain perspective on the people who wield them; how they move, their body type, even their general outlook on life, can be conveyed through their weapon. Once that's done, I can do nothing more except mold the story around them.
