I am a mother, a wife, and when the muse hits a writer, While most of my work is published through websites similar to this one, I have had a few poems published in anthologies. I won the journalism award at my school in the 9th grade, I'll admit the prize was mostly by default since I was the only one in the class for half the year. My biggest challenges as a writer are my inability to finish a story. I will start and have high hopes. Ill even know how it ends but by the time I get there I have exhausted my creativity to the point where I just quit. My strength as a writer lies in that I don't write for others I write because I have to.
