Born in Brooklyn in 1950 to Sicilian immigrants, I've been writing since 1975. I've had more than 50 stories published in small press magazines and anthologies worldwide. I have three books in print: novels Close to the Edge & Adjustments, and story collection A Hitch in Twilight. I also contribute essays to buzzle.com. I still live in Brooklyn, where I hawk my books on the street. I'm a graduate of Western Michigan University (1971). I'm a hack golfer and guitarist.
