On January 23, 2011 I wrote this motto: "Today is the first day of my future. I will embrace it with expectation, strive for excellence and endure with determination." My expectation is to write poetry that others will enjoy for a lifetime. I am a mother, grandmother and great grandmother. I hope to instill pride for the written word in others who affect my life. I am hoping WdC will inspire me to write, write, write! I write inspirational poetry and fictional short stories.
