Writing novels. It shows you the mechanics and hard work of writing. It has no "war stories" or amusing anecdotes. It's plain, straight talk about writing great prose. | ||

I'd have liked more information about the publishing process. But then, the title is about writing, not publishing. | ||

Create the entire Writer's Kit: character cards, setting cards, folders, name dictionary, everthing. And I did do all this. It's amazing! | ||

If you want to be a novelist, please please please read this book. If you are published it will save your readers aggravation and keep them from skipping over pages of narrative. If you aren't, it will improve your writing over those who don't read it or follow its advice. | ||
