This music paints a picture of the Fellowship and tells the story of the Return of the King all over again. The music alone can make you cry, laugh, and scare you all at once.

Relaxation. If you just want to sit down and not have anything to worry about then you need this CD. It will make you fall asleep. It is so peaceful.

Howard Shore's style. Every character has a type of music that tells you that they are on screen.

There is so much to love when you listen to this music. You will fall in love with it the first time you listen to it.

This music one an Oscar! One for the music and one for the last song on the disc, Into the West by Annie Lennox, which is a wonderful song.
