I practically wore this CD out, listening to it over and over for months. A friend who used to be on this site told me about the song "Your Body is a Wonderland" and then I saw the video for the song and I completely fell in love with John Mayer. His music, I mean. That he's tall, gorgeous, and has an easy comfort in being himself is just bonus to his musical talents. The entire album is "soulful" in that the lyrics and the music are sympatico, not only with each other (as they should be) but with anyone who is trying to find their way in the world. That's all of us. His music is compelling and I just can't get enough.
