What do you get when you place four spoiled actors in the jungles of Vietnam with nothing more than carefully placed cameras and the clothes on their backs? Nothing but hilarious mayhem.

In this comedy, directed by Ben Stiller, and starring Ben Stiller, Jack Black, Robert Downey Jr., Brandon Jackson and even Tom Cruise in a surprise cameo appearance, throw all political correctness out the door, because Tropic Thunder pulls no punches.

From its opening credits, it mocks Hollywood and its penchant for self-inflation and pretentious movie making. You might even notice some of the familiar actors (in film today) parodied by the cast in Tropic Thunder.

The real action begins when these actors are thrust into a situation they are not expecting and how they manage to survive.

Lovers of comedy, satire and action

The whole thing. Even though there were parts that slowed down the movie, overall, it was definitely enjoyable and had me laughing out loud. Much props to Mr. Tom Cruise for playing the most obnoxious individual in movies yet.
