Summary of this DVD... | ||
In this movie, we see how Professor X and Magneto came of age and how they ended up on opposite ends of the superhero spectrum. The plot develops like a true coming of age story with mutants discovering how to harness their powers and an adventure that tests them and their allegiances.
This type of DVD is good for...
Finding out the back story of the X Men.
I especially liked... | ||
My favorite moment is when Professor X and Magneto try to enlist Wolverine. No spoiler here, you must watch the moment to appreciate.
I didn't like... | ||
A couple of the plot parts were juvenile in the way the story was told. But maybe I'm not the target audience in the first place.
When I finished viewing this DVD I wanted to...
Watch "Origins." | ||
This DVD made me feel...
Entertained. | ||
The cast of this DVD... | ||
The cast did a good job at filling their characters with life. James McAvoy perfects the sexy nerd, Kevin Bacon channels the evil genius mutant. I forgot Magneto's name, but he was good too.
I recommend this DVD because...
Along with "Origins," this is the only X Men movie I recommend. It's entertaining and has a real plot line, personal drama and this one even has Kevin Bacon. How can you mess with that?
