Summary of this eBooks...
We meet Sue, who lives in the backwoods, poor as they come wearing poorly made clothing, hand me downs, with parents who, though Baptists, have no idea how to care for their children.
A victim of a pedophile, feeling unloved and an outcast, Sue relies on the one constant in her life - her creative, inquisitive intelligent mind, as she learns what it takes to make her dreams come true.
This type of eBooks is good for...
Teenagers, young women, men, single mothers, individuals in abusive relationships, those who strive to reach their goals and make their dreams come true.
I especially liked...
Though this book deals with many shocking experiences, the style of writing is filled with humor, yet we cannot cease feeling the deep pain Sue encounters every day of her life.
For someone who has the cards stacked against them from the start, it was refreshing to watch Sue grow and use her own intelligence and abilities to ultimately overcome her past. This is a story which will inspire anyone to use their inner strength, intelligence to work with what they have and forge on in life, reaching and capturing their goals and dreams.
I didn't like...
Truthfully, this is one book that I absolutely fell in love with from start to end. Guess the fact it ended and I want to read more.
When I finished n/a this eBooks I wanted to...
Hug Sue and thank Ginny Scales-Mederios for sharing her story with the world.
This eBooks made me feel...
The entire realm of emotions - sad, frustrated, angry, joyful, happy and entertained.
I recommend this eBooks because...
It will reach the heart of so many who go through tough times in their life and give them inner strength, courage and value of their self.
I also interviewed the Author, Ginny Scales-Mederios on It Matters Live Talk Radio and found her to be one of the most caring, supportive and enterprising women I've ever met.
Know we have not heard the last from her and can't wait to see what endeavor she will pursue next.
