This was a good idea but I totally missed it. What I'm going to do for awhile in the old blog is quotes. Writing about whatever quote I use at the top of my entry. That should spark something.

I got this idea because that was my first journal. My 9th grade English teacher gave us notebooks and told us to write. Not about daily events or what happened to us that day, but about introspection, about feelings, about how the quote should would give us daily made us FEEL. At first I didn't get it, probably took me about a month. And then something clicked. I was a journaling fool and she LOVED me for it.

I'm gonna do it again, see if I can't get in touch with my inner journal writer, and thus my WRITER. We'll see...

C is for cookie, I want one of those (along with Scarlett's rock). Funny how when one gives up sugar, it jumps out and screeches at you like a crackhead bonobo monkey.

I've been meaning to start a second one, too....just to battle liberals, because the political twitter wars are a hoot. I have too many nice liberal friends on my one and only account now and I always feel bad when I tweet something political. Gotta do that soon and leave my main account for talking about the morning toast or whatever exciting thing I'm doing.
