There are times in your life when you regret the decisions you've made. Tonight is one of those times. The rum is good, the tax bills are all over my counter, the stockings are hung, Santa is invisible and I'm home alone. *Frown*

I sincerely hope that all my WDC friends get all that they wish for from Santa. May your days be filled with sunshine, love and laughter.

Thank you for always being there when I need you most!

Luv ya, mean it

Life is all about BUTTS

you're either covering it,

laughing it off,

kicking it,

kissing it,

busting it,

trying to get a piece of it,

or behaving like one ......

That's right, you've been " elfed "

Luv ya, mean it

The lighted christmas tree. *Bigsmile*

Ok, so everybody's blog has the funny elves dancing just like mine. *Down*
Well, not to be outdone, my buddy Of Fire Born ~ welcome, 2012! decided I needed something a little different. She sent me my very own personalized Christmas decoration for my blog! *Up* GET BACK!!!! It's allllllllll mine!!!!!

Christmas Update:
I have the tree up, with lights (they came already on the tree) *Rolleyes*
No decorations yet but I did go shopping yesterday. I bought no Christmas presents but I did get shampoo and soap and toilet paper and coffee. What?? These things are important.

I've decided to be a rebel and not buy presents. I'm gonna buck the system. *Shock* Well, I may go to the dollar store and buy a few things that will be fun to open. And the best thing................ I bought my very first ginger bread house! It comes with gumballs and candies to decorate with white icing for the snow and you have to create the windows and doors. I'm pretty excited about it! Ahhhh, the little things!

Oh, and in case you didn't see my new decoration. *Up*
Here's an extra picture! *Down*
And no, destinydances ~ mail 200% full and bugzy is baaaccck!! I will NOT share!

*Heart*

No, silly, this one isn't Galli!
*Kiss*

I do NOT know when it happened but I have found a friend who has saved me from jumping off the bridge. *Rolleyes* She always makes me laugh and comes up with some of the most gawd-awful stuff you can imagine. She's also a good listener

Her latest pwesent is below. WARNING: If you are drinking anything, swallow first, then slide the drink away from the computer.........

We interrupt this holiday frenzy with the following shared story.......

A young man named John received a parrot as a gift. The parrot had a bad attitude and an even worse vocabulary. Every word out of the bird'smouth was rude, obnoxious and laced with profanity. *Shock*

John tried and tried to change the bird's attitude by consistently saying only polite words, playing soft music and anything else he could think of to "clean up" the bird's vocabulary. Finally, John was fed up and he yelled at the parrot. The parrot yelled back. John shook the parrot and the parrot got angrier and even ruder. John, in desperation, threw up his hand, grabbed the bird and put him in the freezer. *Shock*

For a few minutes the parrot squawked and kicked and screamed. Then suddenly there was total quiet. Not a peep w as heard for over a minute. Fearing that he'd hurt the parrot, John quickly opened the door to the freezer. *Confused*

The parrot calmly stepped out onto John's outstretched arms and said "I believe I may have offended you with my rude language and actions. I'm sincerely remorseful for my inappropriate transgressions and I fully intend to do everything I can to correct my rude and unforgivable behavior." *Confused*

John was stunned at the change in the bird's attitude. As he was about to ask the parrot what had made such a dramatic change in his behavior, the bird continued, "May I ask what the turkey did?" *Pthb*

A day without laughter is just another day!

Luv ya, mean it

Instead of fighting the inevitable, I got into the spirit (sort of) this weekend. I went to our annual Christmas parade, complete with Santa on a sleigh. Of course, the sleigh was pulled by a beautiful horse but what the heck, we have no snow.

After the parade, I went to a party hosted by one of our council members. Yea, I was hob-nobbing with the bosses. *Rolleyes* Before all that, I put up, not one, but two Christmas trees. I have one outside with lights. It's surrounded by candy canes and lollipops that I bought off a float from a past parade. I also put up the little tree in the house. I did put it on a table in front of the window so it looks bigger from the outside. *Bigsmile*

The best thing of all, I decorated my port. *Up* See the trees and lights and even Santa. Oh, and the mistletoe! That's so I get lots of kisses. *Blush* Now, I'm working on my real cards so send me your address and I'll slip you a special message. *Wink*

Stop by and check this out. "Advent Calendar 2011
You can win prizes and all you have to do is post in the forum everyday from now til Christmas. I saw this in MaryLou 's blog. I'm sure she won't mind if I steal it. *Shock*

Thank you all so much for all your cnotes and emails and encouraging words. You have no idea how very much it means to me! Now, I'm off to enjoy this holiday; even if it kills me! *Bigsmile*

Luv ya, mean it

I am dumbstruck and astonished and excited and speechless. Well, maybe not speechless but without the words to describe how I feel. MY LIPS ARE YELLOW!!!

*Kiss* *Kiss* *Kiss*
No, silly, not those.................

Diva is doing the happy, I am yellow, dance. *Bigsmile*
See my happy feet!!!!!

You guys are so awesome and I don't know how to tell you how very much this means to me. WDC has become such a big part of my life. My faceless friends have helped me through happy and sad times. You've listened to me cry and you share in my joys. There is no one who has more to be thankful for than me!!!

Luv ya, mean it
*Heart*

I just have to share this poem I found yesterday. I hope it means as much to you as it did to me!

The Friends we meet Online

The true friends who we meet online
Are a very special kind
They pierce your shields and see within
The corners of your mind.

They're always there when you're in need
With their power to discern.
They feel your pain.....
They offer hope and genuine concern.

We bare our souls, expose our hearts
And show our inner fears
And then before you know it
The keyboard's stained with tears.

And if we could see them through that screen
Then no one could deny
That to be a TRUE online friend
They too must cry.

OH, WAIT!
Guess who is an angel of the month? *Shock*

Ok, so I'm feeling the blah of the holidays already and I've been chastised by you guys for stressing so early. My friend, Of Fire Born ~ welcome, 2012! has written a few great items that have lifted me.

If you are in a shopping frenzy, don't know what to buy, hate to shop (like me), check this out!
"DE-STRESS-IFY Your Holidays!"   by Of Fire Born ~ welcome, 2012!

Now, if you are Scrooge (like me) and you need a swift kick in your arse, read this
"Humbugging the " BAH ! " Sayers..."   by Of Fire Born ~ welcome, 2012!

Thanks, Of Fire Born ~ welcome, 2012!
I used you to make a blog entry but I'm sure you've been used by better than me. *Bigsmile*

Ok, now that I'm feeling much better and actually in the mood *Rolleyes*, I am busy filling my calendar with Christmas stuff. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em.

Run on over and wish Anyea a very happy birthday. Uh, bugzy is baaaccck!! made me lie about the "construction" of the blog party group. *Delight* She keeps me in trouble.

Luv ya, mean it
*Kiss*
