I have missed your blog. Did you just get your Kindle? I've not had mine very long, but instant books are the best part . I'm sorry to hear about this. I can somewhat relate because my boss turned on me many years ago when I caught "the office sweetheart" and her boss trying to steal money from my programs. They couldn't find reason to fire me, but they had my job transferred to another Department. Their "punishment" was the best thing that could have happened to me. I've blossomed there in the two and a half years since the move, made great new friends, and gained enough confidence to pursue epublishing and because an independent author.

As for the other two; one got cancer. She survived, but it wasn't pretty and was a tremendous ordeal for her. The other left her job because her "protector" retired and the new person he put in his place to look over her wound out hating her. Her house burned down a week after she resigned. Let me tell you; they were bad to others too and seeing it come back to them that violently taught me to be very careful in how I treat others.

I'm sorry for the death, but I say don't contact them and tell them. They've shown no remorse and would probably "stick to their guns" to this day. You've moved on and came out better for it. Be content with that.

Oh dear, what a horrible thing to have happen to you. I am so sorry for your pain. I'm glad you moved back to be with your husband, but what a way to be treated. Did anyone ever tell you why you were fired, or is that still a mystery?

I am glad all worked out for you, but I know how awful being deceived by a friend can be. All we can do is try to forget about it.
