Sorry to hear you won't be doing a novel. But I am very glad you're doing the group. It's helped me a lot and I know it will help me during this very challenging month.

That sucks about your Halloween. When your friend sobers up, get your money back from him.

Weekly word count bonuses can work if members are sorted out in different groups and the group leader reports to you. That way, you don't have to check everyone's profile. You'd just go insane on top of writing 50,000 words for NaNo. =) Cheers.
