I'm so excited to see you have a journal! :) I don't know if you remember, but I was a big fan of you a million years ago when I was more active on this site. Life has settled back down for me again and I was able to get internet again (first time in two years - eesh!) and happened upon you while I was dredging the site for writing prompts. Yay!

I see no reason to work apart from earning money or if you absolutely love your job.

I keep hoping for that Lottery win.

I relate to your days in education and often regret being content to just scrape through things with minimum effort.

No, you aren't alone in being unemployed and not the best age for looking for work, but they say everything happens for a reason.

Hopefully something better will come along in time. I'll keep doing the Lottery in the meantime.
