We've run into each other before. I believe everything you have to say here. Frankly if I can't find anything at all good to say about a review, I won't even rate it, I just move onto something worth reading. Not everything on this site is worth reading, but most of it has merit, and when done well, or not well, as in the story and plot are good, but heaven help them if they can't spell, and capitalize important words that need capitalizing. Now I'm not good with punctuation and I'm the first to admit it. I treasure every review someone makes of my work and tells me where a comma is supposed to go, or not go, to get rid of it because it just doesn't belong. So if you're cringing right now because of my punctuation, take heart, at least I know how to spell.

I really enjoyed this blog and all the comments you made about reviewing and your reasons behind doing or not doing it.

Hmm.. that's a bummer. I was listening to a song the other day (can't think of the name of it now) and it came to mind as a result. I was afraid it would be too negative though. I guess I'll have to keep working on it. I can't use the other title since there's already a book published with that title. *Sigh* I've been working on it for almost 10 years and it's still not done. lol

I think I like "A life in Progress" better. That's just me though. I would never pick up a book that says "Not Broken" because it implies that a lot of hardship is going to be in it. That may also be the case in a progressing life, but it sounds more active and in control and much less like a victim. I see enough victim's stories in the news every day. I wouldn't pay for a book full of bad news, if that makes sense. In all of this it is of course your book and if you like the "Not Broken" title better than go for it. Definitely wait what other people have to say. I think there are many people who like to read stories where a lot of things go wrong for a long time and don't get better until the end. Just look at such magazines as Good Housekeeping. Every single issue has a sad story of some real life tragedy and how the people overcame it or how they are dealing with it.
