I pull a card...if it doesn't speak to me...perhaps it was meant for you? ![]() How to Read the Tarot Begin by brewing a cup of tea, a nervine, lemon balm or chamomile, this is after all, your future. A reading at the dark of the moon is best, before the night creatures crawl and bad humours fill the air. Pick a circular deck, with a fairy-tale motif, and no reversals. Hold a question in your heart, shuffle the cards and place them on the table. Choose only two. Like the ancient Israelites, these are your seer stones, Urim and Thumimm, black and white, yes or no. Isn't that all you were asking? ![]() |

I have finally decided to have the knee replacement surgery that I've been needing for at least the last 2 years. My company switching from 8-hour shifts to 12-hour shifts really spurred this action. I am in pain most of the time...and it severly limits activities I once enjoyed. This has not been an easy decision...considering the cost, time off from work, etc. etc. But there seems to be no good atternative. Fortunately, right now, I have health insurance. And I'm cashing in my 401K to have money available. Surgery is sceduled for March 19th and 21st---having one knee relpacement one day and 2 days later the next. Lots of therapy after that....Prayers and healing thoughts are most welcome. |
