That said, that's awesome. I don't think I can even run a mile anymore and for some reason, running just isn't holding my interest these days. Various reasons, but whatever.

Good luck! I think running is really fun, and it's a great way to stay in shape. Especially while you're young, before the knees start playing tricks. I've been running for more than 25 years, and still enjoy it.

Stashing your keys can work, too. Just find some place where no one's ever going to look. Or else you can slip just the key you need off the keyring, so it fits more easily into a pocket. As for eating, might as well not, but if you need a little something in your stomach a few spoonfuls of yogurt or a tiny portion of some easy-to-digest cereal might work.

I'm proud that you started running again! I'll be cheering you on!
