When our realtor went that extra special above and beyond for us? (She bought me a dishwasher and her husband installed it. The sellers were supposed to leave theirs and then took it! Talk about hot...I was PISSED. Anyway, she took me to Sears and said pick one out...we'll get it handled. And she did!) We got them a gift certificate for dinner for two to the swankiest restaurant in town and then put it in a little gift basket with a really nice bottle of wine and two pretty wine glasses. (I mean, seriously, really nice wine - like $80 a bottle stuff. I had a wine conissour (sp?) friend of mine help me pick it out. 'Cause I don't know beans about that kind of thing. LOL)

Exercises in (f)utility. I've had those.
